A transfer looks stuck
What to check before you contact us.
- Look at the status. Waiting for your bank means the payment has not cleared yet.
- Open the transfer and read the line under the status. It says what we are waiting for.
- If a status has not changed for longer than the page says to expect, contact support with the receipt number.
We never mark a transfer as Paid out to make it look quicker.
