What each status means
Plain words for every stage of a transfer.
- Waiting for your bank: we have asked your bank for the payment.
- Payment received: your money is with us and we are preparing the payout.
- Sent to partner: our payout partner has the request but has not paid yet.
- Processing: the partner is working on it.
- Paid out: the partner confirmed the payout.
- Failed or Returned: the payout did not complete and we are refunding you.
- Cancelled: the transfer was stopped.
We say Paid out only when the partner confirms it, never earlier.
