How a transfer works
The steps from your price to the payout.
A transfer has three parts: your payment, our payout request, and the delivery to your recipient.
- You pay from your bank account or card. That payment belongs to this transfer alone.
- Once your payment has cleared, we send the payout request to our payout partner.
- When the partner confirms the payout, we mark the transfer as paid out.
We do not hold a balance for you, so there is no wallet to top up and no money sitting with us between transfers.
