If your bank returns a payment later
What a return means if the payout already went out.
A bank can sometimes return a payment after the payout was sent, for example if the account lacked funds. When that happens you may owe Speedy the amount. We tell you in the app, and you cannot send again until it is settled.
Contact support if you think a return was a mistake, and have the transfer receipt ready.
