How the exchange rate is held
Ten minutes to decide.
When you see your price, the rate is held for ten minutes. After that the price expires and you get a new one. A price can be used for one transfer only.
When a bank payment takes days to clear, we ask our payout partner for a fresh quote at payout time and still deliver the amount we promised you.
